I offer a calm, supportive space where people can understand their experiences, rebuild their identity, and move forward with confidence.
Leaving an indelible mark on the landscape of tomorrow.

ABOUT RAY
I am Ray Freeman, Director and Fellow of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists.
Drawing on over two decades of experience, I offer a clear, structured path towards recovery from narcissistic abuse. This path is unique to you and your circumstances. I have found that my clients often lose or, rather, misplace their sense of self, caused by the damage of abuse and coercion. I work collaboratively to rebuild these foundations—helping clients reconnect with who they are, recognise their strengths, and understand the dynamics that contributed to the harm they experienced.
My background in Psychology, Mental Health education, and professional training informs how I explain complex emotional processes in a simple, digestible way. I believe healing happens when people feel understood, validated and supported at a pace that feels right for them. My goal is to provide a calm, consistent space where clients can move from confusion to clarity, and from survival to genuine recovery.

Your Path Back to Clarity and Confidence
I guide clients through the emotional, psychological, and practical impact of narcissistic abuse. My work focuses on creating safety, building understanding, and supporting you as you reclaim your identity and confidence.
FAQs
What therapy approaches do you use for narcissistic abuse recovery?
I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach combining Psychotherapy, CBT, Hypnotherapy, and psychoeducation. This blend supports emotional processing, reduces self-doubt, and helps clients understand the patterns of manipulation, gaslighting, and trauma bonding they’ve experienced.
How can psychotherapy help me recover from narcissistic abuse?
Psychotherapy provides a safe, structured space to rebuild identity, regulate emotions, and make sense of confusing or destabilising relationship dynamics. Through stabilisation, deep processing, and cognitive restructuring, clients gradually regain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
What can I expect in our sessions?
Sessions are calm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. We may explore emotional responses, challenge internalised beliefs, strengthen boundaries, and use grounding techniques to reduce anxiety or hypervigilance. Everything happens at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Do you offer online psychotherapy sessions?
Yes. I offer secure online sessions that provide the same depth of support as in-person work. This is particularly helpful for clients recovering from controlling or emotionally unsafe environments, offering privacy and flexibility.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
