Healing from narcissistic abuse begins when you are finally heard, believed, and supported. Therapy restores the voice that manipulation tried to silence.
Step One
Free Initial Consultation
I offer a free 10–15 minute telephone consultation to briefly explore what brings you to therapy and to give you a sense of who I am and how I work. This is a gentle space for you to ask questions, share what you feel comfortable with, and get a feel for whether working together feels right.
If I feel I’m not the best person to support you, I’ll guide you towards more suitable options.
Step Two
Assessment Session
Our first full session together lasts 55 minutes and is designed to help you clarify why you are in therapy. We’ll explore what you’re experiencing, what you’d like to achieve, when your difficulties began, and what may be maintaining them.
I’m interested in you as a whole person, not just your symptoms, so we may also talk about your background, relationships, and any past experiences that might be relevant.
This session helps us understand whether we’re the right fit and allows me to create a tailored plan for your recovery. There’s no obligation to continue afterwards.
Step Three
Therapy Sessions (Weekly)
If we decide to work together, sessions will take place weekly, on the same day and time, for 55 minutes.
I offer therapy online, giving you privacy, flexibility, and comfort while ensuring a safe and consistent therapeutic space.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure I can offer you consistent, professional service, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice if you can’t make our appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee. This also applies if you do not attend the session. However, in the event of an emergency and with some notice, I will try to offer an alternative appointment at a different time in the same week at no additional fee, depending on availability.

“Healing from narcissistic abuse isn’t about who hurt you; it’s about who you become without them.”
